Aislinn Feldberg is a visual and multimedia artist, who resides in New York City. She is currently a senior at Bard College. She enjoys experimenting and creating art with a dark, bizarre flair in order to develop awareness of social issues, including reproductive rights/ women's rights. Her work demonstrates the conflicts within human nature and marks (flowing delicacy vs. brutal strokes). She attempts to include her sarcastic or whimsical humor in her art whenever she can. Aislinn draws inspiration from her surroundings and artists that she admires, such as Portia Munson, Frida Kahlo, Max Ernst, Dorothea Tanning, Dana Schutz and Andres Serrano.

In this portfolio, she showcases photographs and mixed media, which involve intaglio or relief printmaking, acrylic paint, oil pastel and collage. Aislinn has experience with the Adobe programs as well, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Her work has a theme in mind, but originates from spontaneity.

Aislinn writes poetry and short stories about her dreams in her spare time.
